We are seeking a Fulfillment Responsible / Customer Service to join our Packaging Company. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, analyzing forecasts and delivery schedules, and serving as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Location : PT. Global Packaging Batam (Kawasan Executive Industrial Park Kabil Type G1, G2 & G3 and Kabil Industrial Estate type 5G-5G1 Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full order fulfillment cycle, from order receipt to on-time delivery
Analyze sales forecasts and manage delivery planning
Coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, planning)
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of issues
Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the fulfillment workflow
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Delivery Management
Proven ability to communicate professionally with customers and manage expectations
Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Strong leadership skills, with experience leading or supervising a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
