Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, Psychology, or other related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Industrial Relation.
Experience in handling Labor Union (Serikat Pekerja), Company Regulations, and Employment Contract.
Mastering in implementation of UU Ketenagakerjaan.
Good communication and negotiation skills and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Willing to travel for business trips.
Job Descriptions:
Manage the entire process and documentation of employment relationships (PKWT, PKWTT, SPK, Internships, Freelance, NDA) across all entities.
Handle employment administration processes including transfers, promotions, demotions, rotations, and changes in employment status.
Manage documentation and reporting for industrial relations matters such as dispute resolution, warning letters, official reports/minutes (berita acara), and reference letters (paklaring).
Ensure all HR policies related to working hours, attendance, leave, and organizational structure are properly communicated and implemented.
Handle reporting and fulfillment of the company's obligations to government agencies such as WLKP (Manpower Utilization Report), LKPM (Investment Activity Report), and E-PKWT.
Handle all matters related to BPJS Employment (Ketenagakerjaan) and Health (Kesehatan), including business entity certificates and Workplace Accident (JKK) reporting.
Ensure the storage, updating, and security of all employee data and documents, both in hardcopy and softcopy form.
Responsible for managing the HRIS and integrated employee administration system.
