Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and
inventory accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and
corporate income tax.
• Coordinate tax filings, tax audits, and communications with tax authorities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Support management with financial analysis and business performance
reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Tax & Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, PPh Final), e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax.
Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the full accounting cycle.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
