About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team at PT. BERKAH GIAT JAYA' in Tangerang Banten. This is a contract role, and you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and development programmes to our customer service team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and delivering engaging and effective customer service training programmes

  2. Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to customer service representatives to help them develop their skills and knowledge

  3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of customer service team members, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

  4. Collaborating with the management team to identify training needs and implement solutions

  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service training

  6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all training activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Trainer or in a similar role

  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees

  3. Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and the ability to translate this into effective training programmes

  4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training initiatives

  5. Proficiency in various training methodologies and tools

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  7. Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to continuous improvement
