Job Description:
Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to market launch.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Conduct product testing and analyze results to ensure quality and performance standards.
Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Analyze sales and market data to support product portfolio and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product growth and market success.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in product planning, product development, or the automotive/tire industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of market trends and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Passionate in automotive industry
