We are looking for a Admin Site Development Staff candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.
Job Description
Input and submit data through the Odoo system for BTP reports, invoices, service entries, purchase lists, and other operational documents accurately and on time.
Send required documents to the Finance team, including invoices, supporting documents, and other administrative files.
Collect and verify document completeness, such as PO, SPK, and soft-copy supporting documents, ensuring all documents meet company standards.
Upload and maintain the online database, including administrative files, digital archives, and operational data.
Manage email communication, ensuring all requests and administrative needs are handled promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative processes and document flow.
Prepare and maintain regular administrative reports for internal and management purposes.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in administration, finance administration, document control, or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory), including basic to intermediate formulas.
Familiar with ERP systems, preferably experienced with Odoo.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong documentation skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively, with good communication skills and responsiveness in managing email tasks.
