Job Description :
Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing department.
Maintain, organize, and monitor marketing data while providing accurate reports and following up on data-related matters.
Conduct daily follow-ups with the Operations team and Franchise Agents to collect, verify, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing-related data and required information.
Manage Purchase Requests (PR) and reimbursement submissions for the Marketing team, including transportation, entertainment, business travel, office supplies, and other department-related expenses.
Support the execution and implementation of promotional programs initiated by Headquarters (HQ).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, marketing administration, or sales support role. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.
