Ocean Import Administration Staff

1. Job Description:

- Ensure get approval draft BL details from concern parties and BL correctly issued.

- Inward manifest submission details correctly on time to Customs manifest system

- Ensure cash advance apply for payment to liner and related vendor & settlement cash advance thru Uniair e-voucher system on time as per KPI

- Monitoring arrival vessel, sending NOA, DO liner collection and final all documentations is supplied & provide to all related concern party in a timely manner

- Ensure Lot number created in VP+ and provide JPS (Job Performance Sheet) every shipment with correctness

- Costing submission correctly and completed in VP+ for every shipment

- others of management assignment

1. Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Ocean Transportation, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding company.
- Proficient in manifest submission and knowledgeable about the Delivery Order (DO) application and release process.
- Strong understanding of Bill of Lading (B/L) drafting and shipping documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Import Shipping Procedures.
- Experienced in submitting customer manifests and handling import documentation processes.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Mandarin language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong administrative and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, with good analytical thinking, ambitious, and hardworking.
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
