Job Description :
Install, upgrade, and maintain IT assets (hardware, software, telecommunication, and networking)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Provide day-to-day support through ticketing helpdesk
Regularly monitor and maintain IT assets
Offer remote assistance to users outside the main office
Ensure compliance with IT policies
