Talent Acquisition Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in manufacture industry

• Have experience in handling recruitment up to supervisory level

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

• Open to a 6-months contract employment

• Willing to be placed at Thamrin, Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and craft compelling job postings to attract the right candidates

• Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the role and are a good fit for the company culture

• Coordinate the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the company's ongoing hiring needs.

• Continuously monitor and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Provide regular updates and reporting on the status of open positions and recruitment activities.
