Job Description

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checking, and onboarding.

  2. Partner with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand hiring needs, define candidate qualifications, and provide recruitment consultation.

  3. Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

  4. Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates based on business needs and company culture.

  5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and Hiring Managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  6. Manage pre-employment documentation.

  7. Monitor recruitment progress.

  8. Support employee onboarding and probation evaluation processes.

  9. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  10. Ensure HR administrative processes are completed.

  11. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.

  12. Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR initiatives as required.

  13. Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Management to understand workforce planning and recruitment priorities.

  14. Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

  15. Participate in employer branding activities, career fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition programs.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Law, or other related disciplines.

  2. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.

  3. Experience handling recruitment for various levels and functions, including technical and non-technical positions.

  4. Experience working closely with Hiring Managers, Department Heads, and Management.

  5. Experience in Financial Services, Securities, Banking, Fintech, or Technology industry is preferred.

  6. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

  7. Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, and networking.

  8. Skilled in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.

  9. Good understanding of salary negotiation and employment offering processes.

  10. Familiar with Indonesian Employment Law and HR best practices.

  11. Experience preparing recruitment reports and HR documentation.

  12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  13. Experience using HRIS is an advantage.

  14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  15. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  16. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  17. Able to prioritize multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.

  18. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

  19. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  20. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
