GA & Services Officer (External)

Job Description

• Arrange and organize transportation services for employees’ Company business and guest.

• To prepare and arrange schedule of maintenance for office vehicle such as periodical service, change of oil filters, etc.

• Prepare yearly budget for tax license, periodical body check and advertisement.

• Supervise all the tankers drivers and operational drivers to ensure the drivers do their job properly and call them to discuss the importance of their responsibilities.

• Prepare all of payment for Electricity, Internet, Security House, cleanness house of Expatriate.

• Solving external accidence and communicate with external parties (Police, Drivers, and Organization).

Job Requirement

• Minimal education: Bachelor degree of Law/Psychology and/or any relevant background.

• At least have 2 years in the same field.

• Good communication in English.

• Willing to work in Deli Serdang, North Sumatera.

• Willing to work as PKWT in the first one-year join.

• Can drive a car and must have Car Licenses (SIM A).
