Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies and services.
Maintain company assets, inventory, and administrative records.
Monitor administrative budgets and prepare expense reports.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing workstations, company assets, and access cards.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors to support operational needs.
Ensure office facilities and administrative processes run efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Procurement, or Asset Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience in vendor management, purchasing, and asset management.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
