Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory control, and administrative operational needs.
- Supervise and coordinate Security and Cleaning Service (CS) operations and vendor performance.
- Manage building facilities, maintenance, and repair activities, including follow-up of facility issues.
- Handle and coordinate international employee business visas and related administrative requirements.
- Manage company dormitory and rental house operations, including utilities, cleanliness, maintenance, and occupant support.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of administrative services.
- Monitor administrative expenses, service quality, and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare regular reports and support continuous improvement of GA/Admin operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience (min. 5 years) in General Affairs, Administration, Facility Management, or similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership, coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Mandarin language ability is a strong advantage.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across departments.
