HRBP Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department managers.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs.

• Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Mandarin speaking ability will be a strong advantage.

• Established network and good working relationships with government institutions and related authorities in the Bekasi area (e.g., Manpower Office, BPJS, Immigration, Industrial Estate Management, and other relevant agencies) will be a strong advantage.
