Key Responsibility:
Manufacturing Cost Management
Conduct manufacturing cost estimation, analysis, and cost control to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare manufacturing cost reports and present cost analysis to management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvement initiatives.
Resource Planning
Develop and manage resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and production fixtures.
Analyze production capacity and resource requirements to ensure operational readiness.
Provide accurate planning data and recommendations to support business decisions.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Prepare production SOPs, standard manpower, time studies, and production line layouts for new products.
Support production ramp-up activities through learning curve analysis, operator training, validation, and line balancing.
Monitor and improve production efficiency through UPH (Units Per Hour) and UPPH (Units Per Person Hour) optimization.
Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement
Apply Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
Lead process improvement initiatives with a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
Manage, review, and prioritize engineering projects to ensure timely completion and target achievement.
Performance Analysis
Monitor factory operational KPIs and provide data-driven analysis to support management decision-making.
Prepare periodic reports on manufacturing performance and operational improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or related functions.
Experience in the electronics, mobile phone, or consumer electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Experience working in Japanese, Taiwanese, or multinational manufacturing companies is preferred.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with strong Mandarin language proficiency.
Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, Time Study, Capacity Planning, Line Balancing, and Lean Manufacturing.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
Understanding of manufacturing cost analysis and resource planning.
Strong project management and continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong cost awareness and commitment to operational excellence.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Mandarin: Proficient (Preferred and Highly Prioritized).
English: Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Candidates with strong Mandarin communication skills will be given priority during the selection process.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS.
Experience with manufacturing data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
