Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Accounting & Reporting professional to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting within our organization. This full-time position is based in West Sumbawa West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports

2. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end closings

3. Reconciling accounts and identifying and resolving discrepancies

4. Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making

5. Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and controls

7. Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations

8. 
   

9. What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably within the Accounting industry

2. Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

5. Proficient in the use of financial reporting software and tools. Accounting software Xero. POS, Hotel booking systems

6. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

7. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
