Operational Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily park operations to ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experience, safety, and operational efficiency while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily park operations.
Ensure excellent guest service, safety, and operational standards.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional operational teams.
Monitor operational performance and ensure SOP compliance.
Resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
Manage manpower planning and operational readiness.
Prepare operational reports and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of operational experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Must have experience in Hospitality, Theme Park, Wildlife Park, Resort, Hotel, or Tourist Attractions.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing large operational teams.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
