Visual Merchandising Supervisor (Bondowoso)

Responsibilities:

• We're in charge for controlling the operation area (merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience, & manpower), directing & developing the team.

• Achieving sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Visual Communication Design, GPA ≥ 2,75.

• Proficient in using CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Experience in retail would be an advantage.

• Possess great conceptual thinking and problem solving abilities.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential.

• Good in English and computer literate.
