As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our business into its next chapter.
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business.
You'll work closely with the owners to ensure everything runs smoothly across our pastry production, boutique café, retail store, customer service, online orders, and deliveries. Your role is to support the team, improve systems, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
Lead, motivate, and support the team across all departments.
Ensure exceptional customer service both in-store and online.
Coordinate production, retail, café, and order fulfilment.
Manage daily staff scheduling and operational planning.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
Ensure high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety.
Develop and improve operational systems and procedures.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development.
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sales.
Work closely with the owners to implement new ideas, promotions, and business initiatives.
Help create a positive team culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Strong organisational and communication skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
