Contract Mining Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Law from reputable university (GPA >3.0).

• Having maximum 3 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge and understanding of mining business process, commercial, technical, HSE, law & prevailing regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), reporting & presentation skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership.

• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English (having TOEFL Score >500 would be an advantage).

• Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan
  

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review & manage mining contract agreement. Correspondence of contract with contractors.

• Maintain & control contracts register & compliance with relevant permits.

• Prepare review & analysis of contract mining costs performance, provide recommendation for improvement.

• Prepare report on mining industry trends & development, coal producer peers and contractors, new law & regulations.

• Assist data preparation & documentation for internal & external reports.
