Contractor Control Specialist
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university (GPA >3.0).
Having maximum 2 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge and understanding on mining business process, technical, commercial, market, HSE, policy & regulation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word), reporting & presentation skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership.
Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work with cross-divisions and contractors (having TOEFL Score >500 would be an advantage).
Willing to be placed in our mine site Paser East Kalimantan with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off
Job Descriptions:
Manage commercial aspect of mining contractors.
Monitor & control implementation of contract’s scope of work.
Resolve contractual & commercial issues with mining contractors.
Verify & reconcile monthly contractor payment.
Prepare review, analysis & recommendation report on mining contractors performance.
