Sebagai Operation Manager, bertugas memastikan kegiatan operasional kafe berjalan lancar setiap hari, mengatur jadwal dan memantau kinerja tim, menjaga kualitas produk, pelayanan, dan kebersihan sesuai standar, mengontrol stok dan pemakaian bahan agar tetap efisien, membantu menangani masalah operasional dan komplain pelanggan, serta membina dan mengevaluasi tim secara berkala.
