We are looking for an IT Support candidate to assist with day-to-day technical support across office, store, and digital operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, printer, CCTV, and general office equipment troubleshooting.
Able to support installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, internet connection, and other IT equipment.
Strong logical thinking and critical problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to document issues and solutions clearly.
Willing to learn new tools and systems, including Claude Code, middleware, ERP, Shopify, and marketplace integrations.
Basic understanding of programming logic, API, database, or SQL is a plus.
Familiarity with Shopify, ERP/Odoo, marketplace systems, or product/order data flow is a plus.
Good communication skills and service-minded attitude when supporting internal teams.
Able to work independently, follow up on issues, and escalate problems when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot computers, printers, CCTV, internet/network issues, and other office or store equipment.
Provide IT support for office and store teams when technical issues occur.
Assist in checking and troubleshooting order sync issues from marketplaces to ERP.
Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting middleware related to product feeds and order flow.
Learn and use Claude Code to help review, debug, and document middleware-related issues.
Help maintain documentation for IT assets, recurring issues, system flow, and troubleshooting steps.
