Mixing Operator (F&B Manufacturing)
Responsibilities:
Melaksanakan persiapan proses Mixing susu RTD mulai dari pencucian ( CIP dan COP) dissolving tank, emulsifier tank, stabilizer tank, recombination tank, slurry tank, warm product water tank, cold product water tank, standarisation tank, small ingredient tank dan line discharge main valve cluster sesuai dengan instruksi kerja.
Melaksanakan proses mixing / recombination mixing susu cair sesuai dengan formulasi yang diberikan oleh PASA/Supervisor sehingga menjamin continuitas produksi sesuai dengan target produksi yang ditetapkan. Serta juga menggunakan sistem Seqeuncer.
Melaksanakan proses recombination pasteurizer setelah susu siap di recombination tank.
Melaksanakan pengambilan sample susu tanki mixing untuk cek quality (sieve test), standarisation tank secara teratur dan melakukan standardisasi susu sesuai dengan instruksi Laboratorium.
Melakukan transaksi MES untuk material yang di recombination sesuai dengan perannnya sebagai mixing operator .
Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin mesin-mesin sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan dan menjalankan CIL secara konsisten.
Quality Management dan Continuous Improvement - Melaksanakan sistem telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan seperti GMP, ISO 9001 (quality management), FOQUS FSQ, OWOW dan FSSC 22000 (food safety) yang relevan dengan pekerjaan.
Safety Health Management (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, & FOQUS SHE).
Qualification:
Minimal Diploma (D3), diutamakan dari jurusan Teknik atau Teknologi Pangan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di industri Dairy, Beverage, atau Food Manufacturing.
Pengetahuan Dairy dan parameter urutan mixing di setiap produk.
Mampu mengoperasikan SAP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), serta memiliki kemampuan dalam pembuatan laporan menggunakan ORS dan Microsoft Excel (Daily Report).
Memahami standar Keamanan Pangan (Food Safety), termasuk FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, dan sistem manajemen mutu terkait.
Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai sistem SCADA menjadi nilai tambah
