Coordinating all dumpers on duty in their respective shifts, managing the availability of materials needed during the production process and maintaining a smooth supply of materials, ensuring the dumping administration system runs smoothly and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dumping area.
Managing productivity, quality, and safety of the dumping team when running highly complex product variants (3 variants on 3 lines).
Managing fellow dumpers in arranging break times to maintain productivity.
Checking materials based on quantity and quality according to the formula.
Implementing GMP during the dumping process.
Using PPE appropriate to the activity.
