Helper Filler Operator

Carry out machine preparation, starting with CIP, manual washing, and routine checks at the beginning of production, in accordance with work instructions.

Coordinate with the Supervisor regarding ink requirements and coding machine makeup to avoid material shortages mid-production.

Prepare sleeves and paper to be used by the Filler Operator and provide identification in accordance with the work instructions (COP).

Assist the Filler Operator in carrying out filling machine preparation, starting with routine checks at the beginning of production and cleaning the machine in accordance with work instructions.

Coordinate with the Filler Operator regarding the packing materials to be used by the Filler Operator, in accordance with the production schedule provided by the Supervisor, to ensure production meets the established production targets.

Coordinate with the material checker regarding the stock of sleeves and paper used in accordance with the production schedule, to avoid material shortages mid-production.

Check the condition of sleeves and paper before storing them in the sleeve room, reject damaged sleeves, and report any damage due to mishandling to the Supervisor on duty.
