Staf Internal Audit Proyek (Teknik Sipil)
Melaksanakan audit operasional, administrasi, keuangan, dan teknis pada proyek konstruksi sipil.
Memastikan pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, RAB, kontrak, SOP perusahaan, dan jadwal proyek.
Melakukan audit terhadap penggunaan material, alat berat, peralatan, dan tenaga kerja.
Memeriksa kesesuaian progres fisik proyek dengan progres yang dilaporkan (progress report) dan realisasi biaya.
Melakukan audit atas proses pengadaan material, pekerjaan subkontraktor, serta pembayaran vendor sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
Mengidentifikasi risiko proyek, penyimpangan pekerjaan, keterlambatan, pembengkakan biaya (cost overrun), serta potensi fraud.
Melakukan inspeksi lapangan untuk memastikan kualitas pekerjaan sesuai standar mutu dan spesifikasi teknis.
Menyusun laporan hasil audit, menyampaikan temuan beserta rekomendasi perbaikan, serta memantau tindak lanjutnya.
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–5 tahun di bidang Internal Audit Proyek pada proyek konstruksi.
Memahami proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung.
Memahami gambar teknik, RAB, BoQ, metode pelaksanaan, kurva S, progress proyek, dan analisis biaya konstruksi.
Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, investigasi, dan penyusunan laporan yang baik.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan penugasan ke seluruh lokasi proyek perusahaan.
Memiliki integritas tinggi, objektif, teliti, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
