Preventive Maintenance — Perform preventive maintenance work according to the agreed schedule, prioritizing which is most important to complete first.
Troubleshooting — Perform repairs immediately if there are requests or complaints regarding machine damage, especially those related to the electrical system.
Analysis and Modification — Monitor and analyze the operation of machines in production and other areas and ensure everything is running smoothly, minimizing frequent breakdowns. Modify machines according to predetermined specifications.
Routine Maintenance — Perform preventive maintenance work according to the schedule and checklist, monitoring and being responsible for the smooth operation of all production machines, especially their mechanical systems.
Corrective Maintenance — Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot any problems that occur on production machines.
Spare Part Monitoring — Monitor the inventory levels of electrical spare parts in the engineering warehouse and coordinate with the engineering warehouse to re-purchase them when inventory runs low to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Supervision and Planning — supervise and assist contractors with electrical projects. Plan small-scale electrical projects.
Documentation and Reporting — prepare reports in MEX on completed work. Document engineering drawings for maintenance purposes. Communicate with the next shift regarding work that has been and has not been completed.
