Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration
At least 1 year of working experience in HORECA/ Food Services/ F&B Supply industry as Sales Admin
Computer literate (Ms. Excel especially using Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) and familiarity with Zendesk
Good command in English both oral and written
Fast learning and able to multi-task
Applicants must be willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
Communicating with existing customers to take and process orders into the system
Make daily and weekly reports
Make a delivery schedule to the customer to be submitted to the logistics division
Support the sales team to process customer orders
Filing customer documents (customer legality), sales contracts, PO and SPS
repare Foreign Exchange (FX) Deal Reports.
Prepare audit documentation for both internal and external audits.
Receive and respond to customer complaints through Zendesk.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual customer complaint reports.
