Receptionist, Admin and Cashier

Einfinity Education Center (PT Ortogait Indo Medika), is a company engaged in the field of International-based Education for children with special needs currently looking for RECEPTIONIST AND ADMIN to be placed in our company which is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta.

Requirements :

1. Working hour: 40 hours/week

2. Min. D3

3. Must have experience in service sector, excellent communication, administration, phone mannerism and personality

4. Willing to work on saturday

5. Fluent in English is a must

6. Can work under pressure

7. Willing to work in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta

Responsibilities :

1.      Answering and routing phone calls

2.      Greeting visitors and clients (physically)

3.      Mailing, shipping, etc. 

4.      Take and deliver messages

5.      Clerical tasks

6.      Manage email, live chat, and other digital communications

9.      Kitchen Organization and Maintenance

10.  Arrange schedule for teachers and students

11.  Maintain Office / Kitchen Supply Inventory

12.  Office Correspondence

13.  Incoming Mail / Packages – sort and distribute

14.  Outgoing Mail / Packages – setup and monitor FedEx / Messenger orders

15.  Arrange transportation for employee

16.  Code and submit vendor invoices for payment

17.  Perform filing duties

18.  Assist employees with expenses

19.  Billing info to parents
