Asset Appraisal Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle inspections and assess vehicle conditions for appraisal purposes

• Determine fair market values of vehicles based on inspection results and market data

• Update and maintain Market Appraisal Price (MAP) data from various market sources

• Prepare appraisal reports and valuation recommendations to support asset disposal and remarketing activities

• Monitor vehicle market trends and provide pricing insights to support business decisions

• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding vehicle valuation and asset management activities

• Prepare periodic reports related to appraisal performance and market developments
  
  

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Automotive Engineering, or any related major

2. Possess at least 1 year of experience in asset management, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry

3. Have a strong understanding of vehicle inspection and Market Appraisal Pricing (MAP)

4. Proficiency in Ms. Excel, Word, and Power BI

5. Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Senayan, Central Jakarta
