Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:
1. Assist in operating an efficient warehouse system to meet operational needs, customer requirements, and achieve targets
2. Ensure on-time delivery of materials according to the production plan
3. Train new warehouse operators within the scope of duties
4. Ensure inventory data in the assigned area is accurate
5. Regularly assist in organizing and participating in stocktaking activities

Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of warehouse management or similar roles with proven leadership skills
2. Degree in logistics, supply chain or business-related field preferred, high school diploma required
3. Proficient in WMS, Ms office and inventory management tools
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
5. Strong project management capabilities, including outstanding decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
6. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
