We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Interior Inventory Staff to support warehouse operations for interior and construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling project materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting coordination between workshop and project teams.
WAREHOUSE & INTERIOR INVENTORY STAFF WILL BE WORKING TO HANDLE OUR WORKSHOP ON OUR GROUP COMPANY
Receive, inspect, and ensure the accuracy of incoming materials
Record and update inventory data accurately and in real-time
Conduct periodic stock opname and ensure alignment between physical stock and inventory records
Control the movement of materials, including raw materials, finished goods, and unused/waste materials
Organize and classify materials systematically based on categories and project needs
Maintain warehouse organization including layout, labeling, and zoning systems
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of warehouse operations
Identify discrepancies or potential material losses and report them accordingly
Coordinate with workshop and project teams regarding material requests and stock availability
Prepare regular inventory and warehouse reports for management
Support implementation of more efficient warehouse systems and processes
Willing to work in Cileungsi and Jakarta area
Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Engineering, Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related fields is preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations
Preferably experienced in handling: Interior project materials, Construction materials and Workshop or manufacturing environments
Integrity person with good communication and negotiation skill and proficiency in written & spoken English
Skilled in time management and scheduling production workflows and analyze the material saving candidates
Preferably knowledge of interior materials, production tools, and working processes
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to work at workshop locations or project sites as needed.
Understanding of warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, and material issuing, stock opname and inventory checking
Familiar with FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO (First Expired First Out) systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and familiar with inventory systems and warehouse documentation
Understanding of warehouse organization, labeling, and material zoning systems
Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and organized in handling warehouse operations
Proactive with strong initiative to improve work systems, disciplined, responsible, and trustworthy
Able to work closely with workshop teams, project teams, field workers, and good problem-solving skills in handling warehouse operational issues
Basic English communication skills are preferred
