Project Finance Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Project Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong financial administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and can work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate financial reports.
Handle project-related financial administration and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial and administrative matters.
Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Support project financial monitoring and reporting activities.
Qualifications :
Detail-oriented, meticulous, efficient, responsible, and demonstrates high integrity.
Proactive, communicative, and assertive in handling tasks and coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to prepare and manage financial reports.
Strong coordination and administrative skills.
Able to work under pressure, outside regular working hours when required, and meet strict deadlines.
