We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Staff to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between head office and site operations. The successful candidate will assist in operational planning, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional communication to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.
Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficient business operations.
Monitor operational progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking operational projects.
Ensure operational activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and HSE regulations.
Support procurement, logistics, and inventory coordination when required.
Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency is preferred.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
