Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Sales Administration, Logistics, Import-Export, or a similar role.
Familiar with import/export documentation and shipping processes is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
Preferred Experience :
· Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, heavy equipment, or industrial company.
· Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export documentation.
· Experience supporting B2B customers and tender documentation.
· Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage spare parts documentation for customer orders and deliveries.
Coordinate import and shipping documents with Logistics, Finance, and external parties.
Process Bank Guarantees, Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Letters of Credit (LOC), and other supporting documents.
Prepare customer documents such as Certificates of Compliance (COC), Warranty Letters, Guarantee Letters, and related documentation.
Support the Sales team by preparing customer documentation and tender requirements.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative processes comply with company and customer requirements.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the department's daily operations.
