• Compressing tobacco using manual rolling machines and trimming cigarette edges with scissors to meet quality standards.

• Arranging finished cigarettes, checking for structural defects, and performing final packaging.

• Working under a daily or piece-rate target system that requires high concentration and a fast pace.

• Keeping the personal workstation and rolling tools clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

• No history of respiratory diseases (like asthma).

• Prior experience required.

• Able to work with shifting system
