Responsible for managing relationships and services for insurance patients (individual) and ensuring a seamless patient experience through coordination with internal hospital stakeholders and external insurance partners
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal departments (admission, billing, medical) to ensure smooth service for insurance patients
Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and agencies act as liaison between hospital and insurance
Collaborate with Marketing & Business Development for partnership expansion
Ensure confidentiality of patient data
Monitor and evaluate insurance services, support achievement of partnership and targets
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1 year experience in hospital (experienced in insurance/corporate/third-party payer handling)
Understands insurance patient flow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination skills, target-oriented with high drive
