As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR & GA to lead our Human Resources and General Affairs functions while fostering a productive and positive workplace.

HR & GA

Job Descriptions:

• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.

• Conduct employee evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company regulations, and HR best practices.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Supervise office facilities, company assets, utilities, and workplace maintenance.

• Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and operational requirements.

• Coordinate vendor management, including maintenance, and other outsourced services.

• Oversee company vehicle administration, travel arrangements, and office operational support.

• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.

• Plan and organize company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience in the construction, engineering, manufacturing, or elevator & escalator industry will be an advantage.

• Able to work manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
