Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Production, PPIC, or a related role.
Good understanding of production planning and inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Develop production plans based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet delivery targets.
Ensure the availability of raw materials and production components.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Improve production efficiency and resource utilization.
Handle petty cash, cash advances, and prepare weekly payroll reports.
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure operations run efficiently.
