Inventory Control
Job Requirements:
Minimal pendidikan S1 di bidang Logistik, Teknik Industri, Manajemen, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Inventory Control, Supply Chain Coordinator, Demand Planner/Stock Planner (lebih disukai di industri retail/fashion)
Terbiasa menggunakan sistem ERP (SAP) dan Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlookup).
Memahami proses supply chain, distribusi barang, dan kontrol stok secara menyeluruh.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, problem solving, analytical thinking, dan detail oriented
Job Responsibilities:
Melakukan stock opname secara berkala dan memastikan hasilnya sesuai dengan data sistem.
Melakukan rekonsiliasi transaksi antara store dan sistem ERP (SAP) secara rutin.
Mengawasi mutasi stok, serta menyelidiki dan menangani selisih dalam proses pengiriman dan penerimaan barang.
Mengontrol proses produksi terkait stok: mulai dari Bill of Materials (BOM), penggunaan raw material, hingga pencatatan finished goods.
Melakukan cycle count untuk barang-barang tertentu dan menyelesaikan masalah stock discrepancy secara proaktif.
Memastikan keseimbangan transaksi barang masuk dan keluar secara sistematis dan real-time.
Menyusun laporan mingguan dan bulanan terkait status inventaris dan anomali yang ditemukan.
Bekerja sama dengan tim warehouse, purchasing, produksi, dan store untuk memastikan alur distribusi berjalan lancar.
