Job Descriptions :
Responsible for all payment processing within the AP function daily
Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices
Establish and implement controls around the invoice payment process
Maintain communication with vendors through phone and email
Provide payment updates
Send remittances
Work with payroll on employee reimbursements
Manage payment of all monthly rent payments, weekly utility payments
Ability to handle a high volume of invoices and vendors efficiently and effectively
Ad Hoc projects
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred
Have 4-5 years’ minimum of Accounts Payable experience
Have +2 years of Supervisor/Management experience
Experience dealing with a high volume of payment processing
Experience in Infor or other ERP system
Strong Excel skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills - verbal and writing
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Good at working independently - Proactive, self-starter
