Legal & Compliance Manager
QUALIFICATION:
•Bachelor of Laws with Advocate license (PERADI).
•Minimum 5 to 6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm and/or multinational corporation.
•Strong commercial contracting experience.
•Experience advising business stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
•Managing risk mitigation, overseeing corporate governance, managing daily legal issues, and implementing compliance programs to protect the company from penalties and reputational damage.
