Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Effective communication skills
Strong experience in sourcing candidates, approaching candidates, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
Experienced in handling mass hiring is a plus
Experience recruiting for the F&B industry is preferred
Willing to travel for business trips when required
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Identify suitable candidates through database searches, internet sourcing, social media, and job postings
Update recruitment progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Create, build, maintain, and develop a strong recruitment network to support effective sourcing
Ensure the recruitment process is carried out in accordance with the established SLA
