Job Description:
- Receive and register claim documents submitted by hospitals, policyholders, customers, employees, or business partners, ensuring all claim submissions are properly documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter claim information into the company's claims management system, maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date records throughout the claims process.
- Review and verify the completeness of claim documents, including admission records, medical reports, invoices, discharge summaries, and other required supporting documents before forwarding the claim for assessment.
- Organize, maintain, and archive both physical and electronic claim files in accordance with company policies, ensuring document security, confidentiality, and easy retrieval for future reference or audit purposes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance claims administration.
- Customer-oriented with strong service excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling documents and data.
- Strong complaint handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
