Operations Controller Officer (Marunda Placement)

Job Description Summary ​

Support the BU CFOs in all finance matters end-to-end together with the BU heads, manage performance and steer business.

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth coordination with other finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization

• Act as a counsellor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs

• Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries

• Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Review and analyze financial & operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place

• Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries

• Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from finance perspective

• Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries

• Ensure appropriate controls are implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and physical inventory and fixed asset monitoring process

• Ensure effective operations control measures are in place across units

• Monitor overall controls and compliance with policies/SOPs in each refinery

Job Requirement:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Operation Controller

• Having experience as internal auditor from KAP

• Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking

• Fluent in English, Mandarin speaking can be advantageous

• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery (North Jakarta)
