Graphic Designer
Job Description:
Create engaging and high-converting visual assets for e-commerce platforms, including product listing images, banners, campaign visuals, storefronts, and promotional materials.
Design digital marketing materials for various channels, including social media, websites, marketplaces, email marketing, and online advertisements.
Develop creative concepts and key visuals that align with the brand identity while supporting business and marketing objectives.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and optimized across desktop and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication.
Stay updated with current design trends, e-commerce best practices, and consumer behavior to continuously improve creative output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or FMCG/retail brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, digital campaign, and branding design projects.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and social media content design is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software) is a plus.
