Pengawas Warehouse
Job Description:
Mengawasi seluruh proses bongkar muat material agar berjalan aman, tertib, dan sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan.
Mengoordinasikan proses penerimaan material dengan Admin, QC, Driver Forklift, dan Tim Bongkar Muat untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
Memastikan akurasi jumlah dan kondisi material, termasuk melakukan pengecekan fisik, validasi dokumen, serta menangani selisih penerimaan.
Mengawasi proses penyimpanan, penyusunan, dan pemuatan material agar sesuai standar kualitas, kapasitas, serta ketentuan FIFO/FEFO yang berlaku.
Melakukan dokumentasi proses penerimaan dan pengiriman material, serta melaporkan setiap ketidaksesuaian kepada atasan.
Berkontribusi dalam menjaga keselamatan kerja (K3), kebersihan area warehouse (5R/5S), serta melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.
Requirement:
Minimal D3 semua jurusan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Pengawas Gudang, Warehouse Leader, atau posisi sejenis.
Memahami Warehouse Operation (Inbound, Outbound, Stock Opname)
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, SAP/ERP, dan Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, teliti dalam berhitung, serta mampu bekerja secara tim.
Bersedia bekerja shift dan ditempatkan di Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
