Job responsibilities:
Manage claims administration, including monitoring registration, QC, and payment processes.
Coordinate with partner workshops and business partners.
Manage reinsurance and coinsurance claims.
Conduct data reconciliation.
Ensure payment and claims administration processes run accurately and meet SLA requirements.
Implement automation, simplification, and process improvement initiatives.
Act as PIC for multiple accounts
Job requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance/Risk Management.
Additional qualifications include Insurance certification (AAAIK, AAIK, etc.).
Candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle insurance claims operations, mastering the end-to-end claims, reinsurance, and reconciliation processes, and has strong leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring SLAs and claim process accuracy.
High integrity, able to lead and direct operational teams, professional communication with Partners, and able to handle complaints and negotiations
Able to speak English & can operate MS Office.MS Excel is preferred
