Admin Claim Service Head

Job responsibilities:

• Manage claims administration, including monitoring registration, QC, and payment processes.

• Coordinate with partner workshops and business partners.

• Manage reinsurance and coinsurance claims.

• Conduct data reconciliation.

• Ensure payment and claims administration processes run accurately and meet SLA requirements.

• Implement automation, simplification, and process improvement initiatives.

• Act as PIC for multiple accounts

Job requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance/Risk Management.

• Additional qualifications include Insurance certification (AAAIK, AAIK, etc.).

• Candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle insurance claims operations, mastering the end-to-end claims, reinsurance, and reconciliation processes, and has strong leadership skills in managing teams and ensuring SLAs and claim process accuracy.

• High integrity, able to lead and direct operational teams, professional communication with Partners, and able to handle complaints and negotiations

• Able to speak English & can operate MS Office.MS Excel is preferred
